This policy describes standard delivery for Velnoria Home orders. Check the mattress size and the pieces listed in the set before ordering. Quilt, duvet and sheet sets can have different dimensions for the same bed size.
Shipping Coverage
We ship within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations are outside our delivery area.
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available without a minimum purchase to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
Order Processing Time
0–1 Business Days. Processing runs from order acceptance to handoff to the carrier.
Shipping Transit Time
2–4 Business Days. Transit runs from carrier handoff to delivery.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
2–5 Business Days. The window includes both processing and transit.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These windows are estimates. The total adds processing and transit and starts when we accept the order.
Order Tracking
Use the tracking details in your shipment notification when available. If you cannot locate the notification or tracking stops updating, email us with your order number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Check the recipient name, street address, unit number, city, state and ZIP code. Contact us promptly if anything needs to change. Once a package has shipped, the carrier may limit address changes.
Delivery Delays
Severe weather, holidays and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. If your estimate has passed, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can help check the shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
For a missing package, include the last tracking update and the delivery address. If tracking shows delivery, check the delivery location and any carrier notice. If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send photos if available. Compare the pieces in the parcel against the set description before laundering. Keep the set together if you need to request a return.
